1. Manage a varied client portfolio spanning sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, each with distinct turnovers, sizes, and complexities.
2. Oversee and provide OMB client accounts and tax advice, including planning.
3. Review Ltd company, sole trader, and partnership accounts and tax work.
4. Direct Client contact.
5. Contribute to the practice's marketing efforts.
6. Participate in shaping the strategic direction of the practice's future.
7. Supervise and manage staff.
