Role: Operational Controller:
Location: Bristol, Weston Super Mare
We are looking for a reliable and organised operational controller to join our busy digital/plant hire division. In this role, you will help manage daily hire requests, keep our systems accurate and up to date, and provide great customer service to both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process on-hire and off-hire requests
2. Create and update hire contracts in the hire management system
3. Communicate with customers, engineers, transport, sales and workshop teams
4. Check equipment availability and keep records accurate
5. Monitor contracts and assist with invoicing
6. Handle chargeable damage processes
7. Raise purchase orders for parts and subcontractors
8. Assist with stock control and re-ordering
9. Allocate installation, repair, and maintenance jobs to engineers
10. Help improve admin processes where needed
