About the Opportunity:
We’re partnering with a top-tier CRO known for delivering exceptional clinical trial services across pharma and biotech. They’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with proven CRO experience to join their growing commercial team.
What You’ll Do:
 * Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities within pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
 * Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors and strategic partners.
 * Lead contract negotiations and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on client expectations.
 * Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity to shape business strategy.
 * Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For:
 * Minimum 5 years of direct business development experience within a CRO environment.
 * In-depth knowledge of clinical research and sponsor requirements.
 * Demonstrated success in managing long sales cycles and closing complex deals.
 * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
 * Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related discipline (advanced degrees advantageous).
 * Existing network within pharma/biotech is a strong plus.
