As the HR and EHS Communication and Change Lead, you will drive the development of impactful communication strategies that align with our organisational goals. Your role will help shape how we connect with our employees and stakeholders, ensuring that our People agenda is engaging and making a difference. You will report directly to the Head of Employee Experience and you can be based in any European Givaudan location including Argenteuil, France; Naarden, Netherlands; Milton Keynes, UK; Baierbrunn, Germany; Budapest, Hungary; Barcelona, Spain. What you'll do: Develop Strategic Communication Approach: You will create a comprehensive communications vision and plan for HR and EHS, ensuring alignment with our ambition to be a place where everyone loves to be and grow. Create Engaging Content: You will develop and deliver communication materials tailored to diverse audiences, using the most effective channels Engage Key Stakeholders: You will support key stakeholders to enhance their communication skills and strategies, so that our critical programmes are set up for success Develop our internal ESG agenda: You will lead the way to communicate our HR related ESG goals and achievements to both internal and external audiences, contributing to our commitment to transparency and sustainability Drive our Annual Strategic Planning: You will lead the visibility process for our annual HR project portfolio, ensuring we stay on track with our strategic goals Team Management: you will lead and manage a small team of communication and change professionals, ensuring synergies and coherent change and communications practices across the HR and EHS portfolios Who you are: You have at least 8 years of experience in a global organisation. You are experienced with leading communications at a global level and have experience and knowledge of people-related topics including rewards, performance, development, safety & wellbeing and inclusion. Your communication skills are excellent, with an ability to translate complex messages into clear, engaging stories You have strong digital know-how, with an excitement to use new tools to enhance employee engagement Team Management skills - you can manage, inspire, lead and develop a team You are able to switch between strategy development and getting things done You are based in Europe with a willingness to travel Why this role: This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to affect our organisation and its people at the beginning of our 2030 strategy.
