We're looking for Wealth Administrators to join a growing team in Meriden, supporting financial advisers with essential administrative tasks. What You'll Be Doing:
1. Preparing review packs, valuations, and reports to support client meetings
2. Handling client queries and ensuring a seamless client experience
3. Processing new business submissions and investment rebalances
4. Liaising with advisers, paraplanners, and providers to ensure smooth operations
5. Maintaining accurate client records using back-office systems (experience with Intelligent Office (IO) is a plus but not essential)
What We're Looking For:
6. Previous experience in financial administration
7. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
8. A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
9. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
10. A driver's license is required due to office location
