Are you passionate about empowering professionals through coaching and development? Join a well-established training provider renowned for learner success and employee satisfaction. We seek a motivated Apprenticeship Skills Coach to support Level 3-5 Coaching and Leadership apprenticeships.
As an independent vocational education provider, we value positive, dynamic individuals eager to help others develop through apprenticeships. This role involves managing a remote caseload of learners, delivering high-quality coaching, and supporting their journey to successful apprenticeship completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Coach and mentor learners on Level 3-5 Coaching Professional and Leadership/Management standards.
* Deliver engaging 1:1 coaching and group sessions via virtual platforms.
* Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment and ensure timely completion.
* Track progress and intervene as needed to maintain engagement.
* Coordinate with employers to align training with business needs.
* Maintain accurate records adhering to funding and Ofsted standards.
* Provide pastoral support and motivation to learners facing challenges.
* Stay current with industry trends to improve delivery and outcomes.
* Prepare, review, and create learner portfolios and assessment plans.
* Conduct learner visits (monthly) and employer progress reviews, either face-to-face or remotely.
Ideal Candidate
Vocational expertise in management, leadership, and business, with a passion for coaching future leaders and supporting learners' careers. Must have:
* Own transport to cover the South (remote delivery).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to deliver training to groups and individuals, including vocational qualifications.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated and team-oriented.
* GCSE A-C or equivalent in literacy and numeracy.
* TAQA or Assessors award (or willingness to obtain).
* NVQ/Apprenticeship L2 or L3 (preferred but not essential).
Additional Desirable Skills
* Experience coaching or training in apprenticeship or education settings.
* Experience delivering Coaching Professional Level 3-5 and leadership/management programs.
* Recognized assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA, A1).
