This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for agriculture and livestock to develop a rewarding career in agricultural sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Shadow experienced colleagues on visits to learn how to identify opportunities and support customers
2. Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships by providing excellent service
3. Develop knowledge and gradually provide tailored advice under guidance
4. Support the wider sales team in achieving targets and business growth
5. Keep up to date with training on products, services, and industry developments
6. Contribute to a collaborative team environment and deliver a great customer experience
Skills:
7. A genuine interest in agriculture, livestock, and production systems
8. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
9. Eagerness to learn and develop within agricultural sales (full training provided)
10. Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
11. Team player with a willingness to support colleagues and customers alike
12. Basic IT skills for reporting and communication
13. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
14. Desire to grow, progress, and build long-term career in the industry
