About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated, patient, and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support students with behavioural, emotional, and social challenges. Working closely with the pastoral team, SEN staff, and class teachers, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring for students presenting with behavioural difficulties
* Implement de-escalation strategies and behaviour support plans
* Build positive, trusting relationships with students
* Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to staff and leadership
* Work in collaboration with teaching staff and parents/carers to support student development
* Promote emotional well-being and resilience in students
* Help maintain a safe and inclusive school environment
