About the Role
This role is part time, 15 hours per week. It involves managing administrative systems and processes for HC-One’s Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You’ll maintain financial records, prepare reports, administer the Time & Attendance system, process payroll and HR information, and always keep Resident wellbeing in mind.
Hours
* 15 hours per week
* Tuesdays and Thursdays
* 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (includes a 30 minute unpaid break)
Qualifications and Experience
* IT and Administration qualification such as ECDL.
* Experience in admin or secretarial support in a busy office.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
* Positive energy, natural ability to get along with people, and a genuine kindness towards residents and co‑workers.
Safeguarding
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You must be able to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and know how to act if concerns arise. All colleagues must attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional training in related areas. You also need to be able to seek advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
