Job Purpose: You will be the first line of support to all drivers and stakeholders, ensuring our fleet operates in a safe, efficient, and timely manner to meet the demands of the business and our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support with fleet maintenance scheduling and liaise with service providers for vehicle repairs.
2. Support with data capture for transport-related reports in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Process orders for stock & equipment as required.
4. Coordinate bookings for internal transport requirements.
5. Provide support to the Transport Manager to ensure smooth operations.
6. Maintain accurate records of all transport-related administration.

Experience Required:
* Good administrative and organizational skills. Computer literacy is essential.
* Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate with management, site personnel, and suppliers.
* Some experience in transport/logistics, preferably in the construction industry.
Essential Qualifications: Maths/English A-C.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Navision and Samsara telematics.
* Experience or understanding of FORS accreditation.
* CPC certification.
