Admin Officer - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Ballymena

About the role:
1. £13.26 per hour
2. Monday to Friday (09:00am - 5:00pm)
3. 37 hours per week,
4. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
5. Duration: Temporary, ongoing
What you'll be doing in this role:
6. Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support to the Housing Support Officer.
7. Input data, maintain records, and reporting systems.
8. Act as initial point of contact for customer queries.
9. Help monitor and manage team inbox.
What you'll need for this role:
10. 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English.
11. 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role, showing clear evidence of excellent written and communication skills.
12. IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency - Intermediate.
13. The ability to work on their own initiative and prioritize own workload when necessary.
14. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
15. The ability to interact with customers.
16. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
