A growing construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding infrastructure team based in Chesterfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to take a leading role on large-scale infrastructure and capital delivery projects across sectors including energy, utilities, transport and heavy civil engineering.

The role:
* Leading commercial management activities across major infrastructure projects
* Managing cost reporting, forecasting, budgets and financial performance
* Administering NEC contracts and overseeing change management processes
* Supporting procurement strategy and contractor engagement
* Managing commercial risk and ensuring effective project controls
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
* Supporting and mentoring junior commercial team members
Requirements:
* Experience operating at Senior or Principal Quantity Surveyor level
* Strong understanding of NEC forms of contract
* Background within infrastructure, civil engineering, utilities or energy projects
* Experience working on large-scale capital delivery programmes
* Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management capability
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* MRICS qualified or working towards chartership desirable
