* Lead the hotels annual sales & marketing strategy
* Build and manage relationships across corporate, MICE, leisure & wedding markets
* Oversee key account management and proactively secure new business
* Analyse sales data, produce reports, and lead weekly revenue/yield meetings
* Collaborate with central marketing to deliver on-brand digital and offline campaigns
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
* Organise and host site visits, familiarisation trips, and press visits
* Maintain accurate listings across all third-party channels and platforms
* Track competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead
Requirements
* Proven hotel or hospitality sales & marketing experience
* Confident with budgets, data, and CRM/reporting systems
* Strong client-facing and communication skills
* Ability to commute and full UK driving licence required
