Key responsibilities
1. Supporting the Restaurant & Deli Manager to run a busy breakfast and lunch service
2. Ensuring service, counters and fridges are set up and cleared down properly
3. Supervising and supporting the team on shift to deliver exceptional service and standards
4. Contributing to excellent paperwork and administration across food safety and waste
5. Assisting with cold food production (deli sandwiches and grag and go options)
