Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team full-time at our Skelmersdale location. This on-site & Head office based role involves overseeing the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing resources, monitoring progress, supervising inspections, and resolving any issues or delays that arise during project execution. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills to maintain smooth operations across various stages of a project's life cycle.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Project Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects successfully.
* Skills in purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of project materials and services.
* Knowledge of Inspection processes to meet quality and compliance standards.
* Logistics Management experience to ensure efficient resource allocation and supply chain coordination.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
* Understanding of construction standards and practices, especially related to metal composite panel installations in the cold storage and firewall industry is an advantage.
* Proficiency with project management tools and software is desirable.
