Legal Secretary / Private Client:
As the appointed legal secretary, you will work alongside the firm’s established private client team of 19 fee earners and support staff. The firm seeks someone with experience in secretarial duties such as drafting correspondence, audio typing, assisting with file management, taking instructions from fee earners, engaging clients, maintaining diaries, and handling administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include undertaking delegated work such as typing, word processing, photocopying, managing files (storage, retrieval, opening, and closing), handling phone calls, making appointments, and advising clients when appropriate, all while providing excellent client care.
You must have experience working in a legal (or professional services) secretarial role. Essential skills include excellent communication, attention to detail, experience in audio typing and dictation, computer literacy, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
