Role Overview
As a Trainee Tax Adviser, you'll undergo a comprehensive development program, working across multiple tax disciplines to meet client needs. You'll prepare tax returns, review client structures, and build client relationships, gaining broad experience in private client services.
We operate a hybrid working model, combining remote work, office visits, client site visits, and study time for professional exams.
First Three Years
* Learn to use tax software for computations and returns.
* Understand income streams and client financials.
* Communicate effectively with clients and departments.
* Study for ATT-CTA qualification pathway.
By Year Four
* Engage in advisory projects across UK tax.
* Develop technical tax knowledge.
* Manage client relationships and engagements.
* Achieve ATT-CTA qualification and become a chartered tax adviser.
Candidate Profile
* On track to or have obtained A-levels, BTEC, or equivalents with strong academic performance.
* Curious, critical thinker, committed to learning and self-development.
* Responsible, proactive, and respectful of diversity.
* Good under pressure, with excellent time management and willingness to travel.
