Oversee bookkeeping and ensure all client records meet compliance standards. Build strong client relationships and provide proactive, practical advice. Manage deadlines, spot issues early, and deliver a reliable, high-quality service. Review junior team members' work and support their development. Champion cloud accounting software and help streamline internal processes. Contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and improve client experience.
