Atlas NextWave are looking for a Workshop Foreman on a full time, permanent basis near Inverurie, Aberdeenshire.
Role
Supervise the Well Services workshop team to ensure to maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently and to a high technical standard.
Key responsibilities (not limited to):
1. Lead Safety Culture with focus on company, with five core value in line with other workshop personnel.
2. Manage workshop personnel ensuring high workmanship standards, engaging in workforce planning, assist training and mentoring workshop staff, ensure competency validation (with support from the Well Services Workshop Supervisor).
3. Lead the Well Services Workshop Team/Allocating Work as requested by the Well Services Workshop Supervisor.
4. Provide cover for Well Services Workshop Supervisor in times of absence and be part of oncall rota.
5. Review all equipment maintenance checklist in line with company's policies and procedures.
6. Assist Maintenance Supervisor in compiling equipment documentation and certification prior to sign off.
7. Make recommendations for improvement to the departments performance and efficiency.
8. Audit work methods, checklists, maintenance processes to ensure service quality compliance.
