Job Title: Sales Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Biggin Hill
Hours: Monday to Saturday (5 days per week, with one day off in the week)
Pay: £12.70 per hour
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing administrative support to the sales team
2. Processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
3. Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
4. Updating and maintaining customer records on internal systems/CRM
5. Preparing quotes, invoices, and sales documentation
6. Coordinating with internal departments such as logistics and accounts
7. Handling general office administration and ad-hoc tasks
8. Always ensuring excellent customer service
Key Skills & Experience
9. Previous experience in a sales administration or office support role
10. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
11. Confident communicator, both written and verbal
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
14. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
