As the driving force behind our delivery function, youll combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, coaching and empowering your team to perform at their best, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our work across key client accounts. Youll bring a solid understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication & project management skills, and the ability to troubleshoot, prioritise, and influence at all levels.

Be the go-to person for strategic planning, project flow and campaign troubleshooting.
Help shape creative, tailored strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes for clients, not just technical wins.
Lead, mentor and inspire the delivery team (SEO, PPC, CRO, Social Ads, Content) to deliver impactful, commercially-driven work.
Foster a culture of quality, creativity, accountability and cohesion across all delivery functions.
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and development sessions to accelerate learning and progression.
Coach and develop the team to interpret & present data effectively, connect insights to business objectives, and build strong commercial understanding, linking marketing activity to ROI, profit, and client retention.
Quality & Delivery Oversight
Own the quality of work produced across delivery disciplines.
Provide regular feedback and training/coaching that improves the teams strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial impact.
Continuous Improvement & Key Client Work
Standardise our approach and continually improve how we tackle digital campaigns.
Collaborate with leadership to evolve Echos digital marketing offering and internal systems as the agency grows, staying ahead of the curve (for example with AI).
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing channels (Digital Strategy, SEO, PPC, SMA, CRO). Detail oriented individual that is analytical and understands commercial marketing objectives
Proven experience working on Digital Marketing campaigns, ideally in a digital agency or fast-paced environment that have generated impressive results
