Key Responsibilities
9. Manage a varied caseload of predominantly contentious probate matters, including contested wills, inheritance disputes, and estate administration challenges
10. Work closely with senior colleagues to shape the department’s growth strategy
11. Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management
12. Ensure compliance with risk management protocols and uphold high standards of client care
What We’re Looking For
13. Qualified solicitor from NQ level upwards with experience in contentious probate or related litigation
14. Ideally also experienced in commercial and property litigation
15. Strong technical knowledge of probate law and civil procedure
16. Excellent communication and client-handling skills
17. Proactive and commercially aware, with a commitment to continuous development
18. A team player who is enthusiastic about supporting department growth
