Central Employment is working with a leading services provider to appoint a B2B Digital Marketing Executive, joining an established in-house Marketing, Communications, and Events team.
Digital Marketing Campaign Executive profile:
The digital marketing campaigns lead will be responsible for reporting and reviewing performance marketing and PPC analytics to inform strategic, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing, implementing, and managing end-to-end multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, ensuring timeliness, effective budgeting, and alignment with membership growth plans.
* Running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of search and display advertising.
* Using Google Tag Manager to set up and manage triggers, tags, and custom conversions.
* Setting up and reporting on campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
* Collaborating across teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, well-executed, and data-driven.
* Driving and measuring email marketing, SEO, website optimization, and automation efforts.
* Developing targeted content for paid and organic social campaigns, including ads, carousels, and videos.
* Managing paid and organic social media campaigns via LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, optimizing content, monitoring budgets, ROI, and KPIs.
* Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for lead nurturing and member acquisition using marketing automation.
* Supporting the continuous improvement of the acquisition strategy.
Experience required:
* Proven experience planning and executing high-impact, B2B multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
* Hands-on skills in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
* Proficiency with WordPress and web content management systems.
* Experience setting up and managing Google Tag Manager and event tracking.
* Proficiency in GA4 and data-driven decision making.
* Experience with paid LinkedIn campaigns, especially lead generation and building audience lists (matched audiences).
* Ability to manage internal relationships and expectations across various levels of experience and seniority.
* In-depth knowledge of paid LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies.
