Procurement Project Manager
Duration:

Location : Glascoed
Hourly Rate:
£40 PAYE, £53.90 Umbrella
Working Arrangements:
3 days per week on-site
Working Hours:
- 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the procurement part of bid process for all the BAE Systems Lands business
Where applicable effectively delegate workload across the team, ensuring priorities are managed.
Responsible for making sure the procurement team supports the bids data as required
Develop a new procurement process to support the business bids in line with the other current procurement processes in place
Demonstrate a good understanding of Company systems, including purchase to pay systems, risk and supplier management tools.
Skills & Qualifications :
Project/progamme management experience
Good product awareness, commercial acumen, financial awareness, risk and opportunity management skills
Good understanding of external environment and relevant market intelligence
People management experience of leading diverse teams of professionals.
