Responsibilities
* Design and develop training materials using Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) aligned with organisational procedures and project schedules.
* Analyse training needs and deliver fit-for-purpose learning solutions across multiple business areas.
* Conduct training sessions, pilots, and post-training evaluations, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content and ensure effective training delivery.
* Maintain compliance with regulated environment standards, supporting audits, reviews, and quality requirements.
* Support knowledge transfer by coaching teams and SMEs, ensuring effective adoption of training materials and practices.
