Residential Surveyor - Harrow role at LSL Property Services plc

We operate nationwide with local knowledge and a large network of lenders and clients, offering concise postcode coverage and the ability to travel efficiently between surveys.
We are seeking additional RICS-accredited Residential Surveyors nationwide to support the growing volume of Mortgage Valuation work relied on by leading lenders.
About You
You’ll need to be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year post-qualification experience in residential surveying. This should include experience completing Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.

Responsibilities and Expectations
Deliver Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports to clients with accuracy and timeliness. Utilize iPad technology to complete reports efficiently and support remote working. Travel to survey locations as needed within a flexible, nationwide network. Maintain high professional standards in line with RICS guidelines and company policies.
