If you are looking to be part of our team, you will work as a HR Advisor within our Logistics function based in Hatfield, covering 5 distribution centres in the South East of England. Our Logistics team, comprising over 1,500 colleagues, is responsible for delivering convenience products directly to customers across Great Britain. As a HR Advisor, your role will involve providing a client-focused, comprehensive, and professional people service to colleagues and managers, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with Managers and HR colleagues to drive engagement and D&I practices
2. Support Managers and colleagues with career conversations and development plans
3. Advise and support managers in disciplinary/grievance/attendance/performance improvement processes
4. Champion colleague engagement through proactive delivery of annual engagement plans
5. Act on HR key performance indicators to drive business performance
6. Help deliver training to build capability across the business area
7. Work closely with and deputise for the Senior HR Representative for the Region
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are CIPD qualified or working towards HR qualification, with experience in a generalist Human Resources function. Candidates should have current knowledge of employment legislation and experience working with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
