We are a Belfast based Luxury watch sales business with a strong social media presence, buying and selling watches worldwide with brands like Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Cartier and more.
We began in 2019 and have a luxury watch boutique in the heart of the 5 star Merchant Hotel on Skipper Street. Our showroom is inside the former Ulster Bank Vault. We also operate a 5 star office in Belfast City Centre where this job will be based, with now 15 staff members. We conduct most of our business from here with clients globally and host clients and partners on a day to day basis.
We have created an in-house studio for our media team responsible for maintaining our YouTube channel (the largest watch channel in the world with over 1.9 million subscribers). Our Instagram page has over 157k followers, and our owner/CEO Nico has over 427k IG followers and over 1.1m on TikTok.
We are a young, energetic team with big aspirations to conquer the luxury watch market and are well on our way.
We now currently need an experienced Office Admin Manager to support our team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have bags of energy, enthusiasm, be a great team player, and capable of adapting in a growing role with great opportunity.

Social Media Manager / Content Creator
* Create and communicate weekly reports on social media performance to senior management
* Develop and implement creative and engaging social media strategies
* Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (not YouTube), adapting content to suit different channels
* Oversee, plan and deliver content across platforms using scheduling tools
* Create, film, edit engaging multimedia content (or outsource effectively) across multiple platforms
* Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote the organisation and brand
* Form key relationships with influencers across social media
* Undertake audience research
* Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to posts and developing discussions
* Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
* Research and evaluate latest trends and techniques to improve measurement of social media activity
* Analyse competitor activity
* Recommend improvements to increase performance
* Set targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
* Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the company
* Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
