The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Select Tech, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth, developing client relationships, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team where you’ll have the autonomy to build your own desk, backed by cutting-edge tools, marketing support, and a trusted brand in the tech recruitment space.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to offer management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and hiring challenges.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates across various technology roles (e.g. software development, data, cloud, infrastructure, cyber, etc.).
* Develop and nurture a strong network of tech professionals within your specialist market.
* Use a mix of proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
* Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including revenue and activity KPIs.
* Keep up to date with market trends and provide consultative insights to clients and candidates.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the technology sector.
* Demonstrated success in business development and client management.
* Strong sourcing, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
* Resilient, driven, and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
* Familiarity with modern recruitment tech tools and CRM systems.
