Service Coordinator Location: Cheshire £25,397 - £29,000 plus annual company performance bonus, private pension, private healthcare and 30 days holiday inclusive of statutory days (increasing to 33 days) We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our fast-paced Service team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven work scheduling and planning experience in a similar industry. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and coordinate external engineering teams nationally. Book scheduled visits and manage reactive requests efficiently. Respond to client requests promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Maintain effective communication with clients, management, engineers and colleagues. Use strong commercial and geographic knowledge to optimise team efficiency. Manage engineering team diaries and ensure necessary paperwork and parts are available. Liaise with internal and external teams to anticipate and resolve potential issues. Organise workloads efficiently while maintaining and improving company procedures. Adhere to Health and Safety policies and assist with any additional duties as required. Requirements: Knowledge & Experience: Excellent geographic knowledge. Previous experience in a similar role. Methodical with strong attention to detail. Skills & Competencies: Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexible and adaptable team player. Strong prioritisation and workload management skills. Able to multitask and respond to changing demands. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
