Rate of Pay: £30,400 per annumWorking Pattern: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday Daytime)Location: Edinburgh, EH3
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing high-quality food for breakfast and lunch services, catering for around 1,200 employees
* Supporting the Head Chef in managing and developing a team of 11 chefs
* Delivering a varied food offer including Classic British, European and Global Fusion dishes, along with pizza, pasta, deli and street food concepts
* Recording and reducing food waste levels
* Supporting with all kitchen organisation, stocking, and cleaning responsibilities
* Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
* Complying with Health & Safety regulations
