This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of creative, product, and partnerships. You’ll help define how we present new opportunities to the world’s biggest brands; bringing bold ideas to life and ensuring our visual identity reflects our ambition, our culture, and our community.
Your role
You’ll play a key role in shaping how The Sole Supplier shows up in the world; translating our creative ambition into bold, brand-ready design. Embedded within a cross-functional team at the intersection of product, partnerships, and editorial, you’ll help define how we communicate value, tell compelling stories, and create meaningful moments for some of the most influential brands in streetwear, sneaker culture, and beyond. This is an opportunity to bring clarity, consistency, and creative energy to a fast-paced environment where design sits at the heart of our growth.
What you’ll do:
* Design brand-facing materials that make our commercial and editorial offerings easy to understand and exciting to buy into.
* Collaborate with product teams to craft scalable, high-impact ad formats, branded content templates, and digital experiences across the TSS ecosystem.
* Work closely with partnerships to develop standout pitches and campaigns for the most influential brands in youth culture.
* Develop brand identities for internal IPs, editorial series, and seasonal initiatives ensuring consistency and distinctiveness across all touchpoints.
* Use data and performance insights to refine creative strategies and continuously evolve our design standards.
What we are looking for:
* A strong portfolio that balances creativity with commercial thinking
* Experience designing for digital-first platforms and marketing environments
* An understanding of branded content, ad formats, and how to tell stories that sell - ideally from a media or affiliate publisher
* A passion for streetwear, sneakers, and youth culture with a finger on the pulse of digital design trends
* Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
* A mindset geared toward innovation and experimentation, always looking to push the work forward
