Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Bridgend. You will work with adults aged 18 and upwards who have autism spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
Working in residential, supported living, and day services, you will be instrumental in helping service users lead more independent and fulfilling lives. This is an exciting opportunity with immediate starts available for the right candidates.

* Support individuals with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
* Promote independence and help individuals develop essential life skills.
* Build positive and trusting relationships with service users, their families, and your team.

* Help people achieve their personal goals and support their emotional well-being.
* Maintain accurate records and observe and monitor service user conditions.

Requirements
To be successful in this Support Worker role, you must have:
* A minimum of 6 months of experience in a social care setting.
* A current Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get a new one).
* The right to work in the UK.
* The ability to work at least 24 hours per week.
* A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle, as supporting residents in the community is a key part of the role.
