We require a floor layer to support us with our Plymouth contracts. This is a permanent role, and an immediate start would be preferable. Do you have experience in fitting and repairing various floor types? Are you skilled in surface preparation and leveling? Have you previously worked in social housing? If so, please apply today The key responsibilities include installing and repairing flooring such as vinyl, polysafe, and laminate in tenanted and void homes, preparing surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives, removing old flooring safely and disposing of waste properly, working around tenants while keeping spaces tidy and minimizing disruption, and measuring and cutting materials accurately for a good fit.
