Key Account Manager | I&C Energy
E1 Partners is recruiting on behalf of a leading independent I&C energy supplier for a Key Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high-consumption energy customers.
This is a commercially focused role where you’ll manage complex renewals, lead high-value tenders, and drive revenue growth through retention, upselling, and strategic account management, also working closely with trading, operations, and finance teams.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and renewing large I&C electricity & gas accounts (Flex customers)
* Leading complex tender and pricing processes
* Structuring competitive deals alongside the Trading Desk
* Identifying upsell and growth opportunities across key accounts
* Building long-term relationships with customers and TPIs
What they’re looking for:
* Proven experience in UK I&C energy account management
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills
* Confident relationship-builder with a growth mindset
* Experience managing large, complex customer portfolios
Please note this is a hybrid working model of 3 days per month in the London office
Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience.
