Project Overview:
We are supporting a leading US-based consultancy with a large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM implementation project for a global end-client. The programme is entering a critical phase of delivery, and they are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Functional Consultant to join the team and lead key design and delivery workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the functional design and implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules (ideally including Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Product Hub).
* Act as the SME between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
* Translate business processes into Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
* Support configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment phases.
* Provide guidance to offshore teams and participate in issue resolution during go-live and post-go-live phases.
* Produce functional documentation and support training materials as required.
Essential Experience:
* Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations, ideally for global enterprises.
* Hands-on configuration experience in at least 2–3 of the following: Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Product Hub, Planning.
* Experience working within or alongside US consultancies is highly desirable.
* Strong functional understanding of SCM business processes.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Comfortable working remotely and independently within a distributed team.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing or Planning modules.
* Exposure to integration tools (OIC) or reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher).
* Previous experience on multi-country or multi-entity rollouts.
