About the Role
* Full-time, long-term positions with the potential to become permanent
* Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural challenges in a mainstream setting
* Assisting teachers and pastoral staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Implementing tailored strategies to manage behaviour and promote engagement
* Building trusting relationships to help students re-engage with education
About You
We are looking for dedicated, resilient and empathetic individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with additional needs.
To be considered for this role, you must have
* A UK Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) - ideal for graduates looking for school-based experience
* Recent experience working with children or young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Two years of references
* Strong communication, patience and behaviour management skills
