Our successful Sheffield Parkway branch is looking to recruit for the following role:
Yard Assistant / Warehouse Operative
In this role you will work as part of our external team of staff.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Assisting customers
* Providing excellent customer service
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Picking and checking orders
* Storing stock safely
* Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
* Dealing with goods – in
* Organising the warehouse
Qualifications and Skills
* A Counterbalance Forklift License is preferred.
* Previous warehouse experience and builder's merchant experience are also preferred for this role.
You will be working within a close-knit team and will be dealing with our customers on a daily basis, so we are looking for someone that:
