You will:
* Advise government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, and major corporates on procurement, facilities management, and dispute avoidance
* Lead on drafting and negotiating construction and development contracts, consultant appointments, and warranties
* Work across sectors including living, office, retail, life sciences, energy, industrials, and transport
* Support and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to team growth and development
About you:
* Qualified solicitor with 5+PQE in non-contentious construction law from a leading firm
* Proven experience managing complex, high-value matters across multiple sectors
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills
* Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and manage others
