Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills, demonstrating proficiency in various computer applications. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to staff and management, and maintaining effective communication within the organisation.
Duties
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation using Microsoft Office
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring information is easily accessible
* Process invoices and manage accounts using QuickBooks as needed
* Support team members with clerical tasks and provide general assistance as required
* Organise interview, including scheduling appointments and preparing interview materials
Requirements
* Proven office experience with a strong administrative background
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with QuickBooks is desirable but not essential
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed
* Good clerical experience with a focus on data entry and record management
