A solid understanding of the Birmingham/Midlands market is key, ideally built through experience within a consultancy or private sector setting. Experience of Local Plan Examinations, planning appeals and inquiries is welcomed, and we're open to applicants from a range of planning backgrounds that complement our existing strengths. You'll play a key part in guiding and mentoring colleagues, contributing to a stable, collaborative, and supportive team environment.
