What You’ll Be Doing
Your role will include leading shifts, allocating responsibilities, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring care is delivered safely and compassionately. You’ll support with personal care, medication administration, safe moving and handling, companionship, clinical observations, and care documentation – all while upholding the dignity and independence of those we support.

What We’re Looking For
* You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
* A minimum of 6 months’ experience working in the UK healthcare sector is essential.
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
* Previous experience in a senior or team leader care role.
* Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
