Quotes from the Team:
“I joined the Malvern team having worked in a lot of other local authorities. We are a supportive and experienced team, and I have made good friends. Most of the team have worked here for years and are happy to share their knowledge and experience. We cover a mix of small towns and rural areas, and working in an area of outstanding natural beauty is an added bonus. But best of all, as an experienced social worker I can authorise funding of up to £250 a week, which reflects the trust Worcestershire place in social workers and social care workers. Managers understand the pressures facing the whole of adult social care and I feel listened to and valued by colleagues.“
“The Malvern Hills team is a very supportive and welcoming place to be. I have worked for the team for 5 years and I still enjoy my job. Management are fantastic and our colleagues are great to work with. Everyone in the team encourages you to grow and improve – there is always someone around to help you if you need it.”
