Service Admin Assistant
Location: Hybrid, with attendance at our Warmley office (BS30 8XP) at least once a week
Salary: £ 22,932 per annum pro-rata
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Fixed term contract until 30th September 2026

If so, you could join us as a Service Administration Assistant, providing efficient support to colleagues, members of the public and external organisations.
A day in the life of a Service Admin Assistant General administrative duties including dealing with emails and answering telephone enquiries.
Organising meetings and taking minutes.
Data entry and preparing reports with great accuracy.
This is a hybrid role between the Warmley office and home. You will have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a greater team. You'll be assisting the First Call Service in Bristol, as part of the wider Health and Care team in the South West and Channel Islands.
To be successful in this position you must have the following skills and experience:
Positive, passionate and enthusiastic approach to customer service.
Confident in using telephone systems, Computer databases, Microsoft packages including Teams and Outlook with the ability to create, amend and manipulate Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
General administrative duties including answering the telephone and scanning, meeting and greeting staff, volunteers and members of the public.
Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both virtually and face to face).
Ability to deal with queries in a diplomatic, professional and confidential manner both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work accurately, check documentation for accuracy etc.
