Core Responsibilities
1. Delivering high-energy lessons that balance practical performance skills with the theoretical study of influential practitioners such as Stanislavski, Brecht, and Artaud.
2. Guiding GCSE and A-Level students through the "Devising" process, helping them move from initial stimuli to polished, original pieces of theatre.
3. Teaching the technical aspects of theatre, including lighting design, soundscapes, and set construction, to ensure students understand the holistic nature of production.
4. Preparing students for scripted performance examinations, focusing on character motivation, vocal agility, and physical theatre techniques.
5. Leading the school’s extracurricular drama life by directing annual productions and fostering a vibrant "Drama Club" culture.
