We're looking for a skilled, motivated Carpenter / multiskilled Builder with a strong background in traditional construction techniques, timber framing, and sustainable building practices to join our specialist team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on bespoke, high-quality projects that honour time-tested methods and materials while embracing modern design and detailing
About the Role:
You'll be involved in a wide range of work across new timber frame builds, extensions and conversions and repairs to heritage and listed buildings.
We work both on site and out of our workshop across multiple building disciplines such as traditional timber framing (mortise and tenon) carpentry, joinery, stone masonry, Lime plastering, roofing, glazing, and groundworks.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience in traditional or sustainable building in at least one of the disciples described above
· Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Is a strong team player
* Values craft, patience, and attention to detail
* Is comfortable reading drawings and collaborating with architects or clients
* Is reliable, self-motivated, and happy working on-site or in a workshop
* Holds a valid driver's license
* Local to Herefordshire (or willing to relocate/commute)
Desirable Skills / Experience
* Stonemasonry, site carpentry, roofing, or groundworks experience
* experience with off-grid systems, passive design, or renewable materials
* NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications
* CSCS Card
