HSEQ Coordinator
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: Circa £33,000 DOE + 1-2 Days Hybrid working once fully trained + 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Auto Enrolment Pension.
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Flexibility on hours can be discussed).
Role Overview: HSEQ Coordinator required for a global international manufacturer, offering a role with great benefits, variety, and stability.
The successful HR HSEQ Coordinator will need experience of HSEQ in a manufacturing or similar environment and be internal and/or lead auditor trained or equivalent.
The HSEQ Coordinator Role:
* Ensuring the maintenance of all external certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, AS 9100D & GMP.
* Hosting and supporting 2nd and 3rd party audits/inspections over all management systems.
* Supporting departmental managers in the creation and maintenance of process definitions and work instructions.
* Completing internal audits for the management system.
* Participating in meetings related to the management systems and site activities, including taking and reporting meeting minutes.
* Completing KPI trend analysis.
* Leading continuous improvement projects to achieve management system strategic goals.
The Successful HSEQ Coordinator:
* Previous HSEQ experience from manufacturing or a similar environment.
* Strong administrative skills, particularly using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Internal or lead auditor trained or equivalent.
