As they continue to expand they are looking for a Technical Manager to manage multiple projects and oversee the work of a Junior Technical Coordinator. You will manage the drawing information from external consultants and attend site meetings. We are looking to hear from applicants who have worked for a housebuilder or a consultancy on residential projects. You will have a solid understanding of construction legislation and building regulations and be competent in team management.
