Admissions Officer Vacancy
Venn Group are looking to recruit a Admissions Officer for a Higher Education body in Merseyside
Location: Hybrid (3 days on site)
Hours: 35
Contract: 3 months
Job Role:
* Provide a proactive, customer focused admissions service that includes: Making decisions and processing applications from Home, EU and International students in accordance with approved criteria, and ensuring that decisions are made in accordance with the Admissions Code of Practice
* Participate in meetings with Admissions and recruitment colleagues as well as Directors of Study to review applications and ensure availability of information for the recruitment and conversion activities across the School
* Working collaboratively with the Recruitment and Admissions Manager and Senior Admissions Officer on UKVI Ter 4 Compliance Admissions to understand the relevant Home Office policy and guidance for students that require a Tier 4 visa to study in the UK
* To ensure that final decisions on applications, and applicant files, are compliant with Home Office Tier 4 Compliance guidelines sponsor guidance
* Support recruitment events through participation at internal and external recruitment focused events such as Open Days, exhibitions and fairs
