Role Overview: This unique position bridges Justice and Housing Services, aiming to strengthen their connection and support Justice Service Users in maintaining tenancies and preventing homelessness. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with individuals in the Justice system, supporting and empowering them to sustain their tenancies, which is crucial for their desistance process. Knowledge of housing policies and processes is preferred. The role involves working across both services to promote integration and partnership, ultimately improving lives and preventing homelessness.
